Desidentity 0.5
- Dreamcore, weirdcore novel
- Backrooms and liminal spaces
- It is not a horror novel, but it has some aspects of the genre.
- Warning: touches on some heavy topics.
- Characters have callbacks, but you can deactivate them if you like
- For callbacks to work, text speed must be changed to low
- This novel is still in development! This is just a fairly short version of everything I have planned.
- This is a something like a kinetic novel (meaning it has no different endings or decisions). If you don't enjoy reading, you probably won't like it.
- There are some interactive options, but they are quiz-like and don't affect the story at all.
- It lasts from 3 to 3 hours and half to read
- Contains approximately 54k words.
- The English version may have some errors as it's not my native language and I had to translate everything.
English description:
- Desidentity tells the story of a universe inhabited by creatures of all kinds, with a theme based on one of the most well-known aesthetics on the internet. Sometimes, unfortunately, human beings (referred to as "gizakias" by the creatures that inhabit it) arrive to this world. These humans have no memories of their lives before entering the new dimension. If a being encounters a gizakia wandering in the rear quarters, for moral reasons, they must guide them to the exit, as from the moment of their encounter, the original being becomes their keeper. Only a small percentage of the population is the "privileged" ones who achieve this designation. When seeing a being accompanied by a gizakia, it is highly frowned upon to react differently or excessively. All of this serves to help the gizakia and the being to adjust more easily to their new life.

Just my honest opinion the non canon bit at the end just seems weird and unnecessary
The author, please do not give up hard drugs, because this can only be invented under them
Lmao. I don't do drugs, I just have a lot of imagination.
sometimes the game keeps saying "Exception has occured"
are you aware of this?
Tysm for letting me know. I'll look into it
is it fixed now?
I think, but nothing sure
also just for the story do humans noclip to the weirdcore world or do they just go to sleep but then wake up there?
Similar to the original backrooms lore, they noclip out of their reality and end up in there. They fall asleep automatically after arrival. ^^
pretty good do you plan to update it more?
Yes! I'm currently working on a much longer update, but I'm not sure if it will be the full version yet.
also so the reason the old page got taken down was because you were making the new version I thought it just got deleted for some reason
Oh, nono. I actually deleted it myself (If you're talking about the demo) ^^
yea thats what I was thinking
me gusto bastante
cool
